Glowstatic Privacy Policy

When you book an appointment, or start a chat with a stylist, we collect:

• Your name
• Your phone number
• Your email address
• The booking details — which stylist, which service, the date and time, and the price shown to you
• The messages you send through the in-app chat, and the replies the stylist sends back
• The phone number or email you type in when you look up your appointments or your chats

That is all. There are no accounts and no passwords on Glowstatic.

When you sign up to be listed, we collect:

• Your name
• Your chair or studio name (your own name is fine)
• Your city or ZIP code
• Your phone number
• Your email address
• The services you offer and the prices you charge
• If you choose to ask for a deposit: the deposit amount, and your own Cash App handle or payment link

If you choose no deposit, we collect no payment details from you at all.

• No card or bank numbers. Glowstatic never takes a card payment and never holds anyone's money. Customers pay stylists directly, using the stylist's own Cash App handle or payment link.
• No government ID, no date of birth, no home address.
• No location tracking. The city or ZIP you type is just a filter.
• No advertising trackers, no analytics profiles, no advertising ID, and no data brokers. We do not sell or rent your information to anyone, ever.

• To save your booking, show it back to you, and let you find it again with your phone number or email
• To show the stylist the appointment they have been booked for
• To carry your in-app messages between you and the stylist
• To contact a stylist about their own listing — for example, a reminder that a listing period is ending

When you type your phone number or email to look up an appointment or a chat, we use it only to find your own records. We do not use it to send you marketing.

• The stylist sees your first name and the appointment details (service, date, time, price), and the messages you send them. The app does not show the stylist your phone number or email address.
• Glowstatic (the owner, who runs the platform) can see the records in order to run the service, answer your questions and fix problems.
• Our service providers: our website host and our cloud database provider store the data on our behalf. They do not use it for anything else. We do not sell or share your information with anyone else, and we do not use it for advertising.

Customer payments never touch Glowstatic. When you tap through to pay a stylist, you leave Glowstatic and pay the stylist directly through their own Cash App handle or payment link — Cash App's own privacy policy applies to that payment, not this one. Glowstatic never holds, routes, or pays out the money.

The listing fee that stylists pay to Glowstatic is separate: it is sent by Cash App to Glowstatic's own Cash App account.

We keep bookings, chats and sign-up details while the service is running so your history and the stylist's records stay correct. We do not delete anything automatically.

To have your information deleted, email beautifulscreations39@gmail.com with the phone number or email you used, and tell us what to remove. We will delete your booking, your chat messages and your contact details, and reply to confirm when it is done. If you would rather we kept the booking but removed your phone number and email, say so and we will do that instead. The only records we may need to keep are the dates a stylist's listing fee was confirmed as paid, because those are the business's own payment records.

Glowstatic is for adults — you must be 18 or over to use it. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a young person has given us their details, email us and we will delete them.

Private stylist pages are reached through long random links rather than passwords, and access to the database is limited. No system can promise perfect security, and we will not pretend otherwise — if we ever learn that your information was exposed, we will tell you.

If we change how we handle information, we will update this page and change the date at the top. Where a change is significant, we will say so plainly rather than quietly editing the small print.
