Deposits and balances are paid straight to your stylist’s own Cash App — never to Glowstatic. Glowstatic doesn’t process, hold or forward customer payments, and it can’t see your transfer.

Your stylist keeps their own money: the deposit and the balance go to their own account, and Glowstatic never holds it. Glowstatic earns its money from providers’ listing subscriptions, not from your appointment.

Deposit and balance figures are shown in full before you save a booking. No stylist has seen or confirmed a slot yet, and a deposit is only marked received when the studio confirms it from the booking’s private link.
